Its actually a sheer top and a ruffle skirt, riri had the samething on with a leather tube top, the skirt is supper cute!

Amber looks nice…i’m feelin the outfit and the shoes but i can’t help but look at her and see the evolving issue of white people and these tans. Am i the only one who feels some type of way about white people getting these tans to look darker??????
